'Lament' - worship for Sunday 13 July

WELCOME to worship this week. We're continuing our series on the Psalms, this week, exploring Ps 22 - a lament of David. Our 'take-away' question is 'Where are you, God?'

As we listen to David, and hear a little of Job's story, we find that rather than a sign of doubt, to ask questions of God is much more a demonstration of faith...

WELCOME to worship this week. 
We continue delving into the Book of Psalms. This week, Ps 111, accompanied by David's great hymn of praise in 1 Chronicles 16:8ff. Our theme today: gratitude and giving thanks.

Favourite hymns needed! In preparation for our upcoming Songs of Praise service on 10th August, do please nominate your favourite hymns in advance, so that when I come back from annual leave, I can go through your choices and hopefully include them in the service.
