Worship Sun 29 Jan: 'A road map for life'

WELCOME/ welcome to worship. Last week we heard the story of Jesus calling the first disciples – it was the beginning of his public ministry. Having responded to his call, the disciples travelled around the villages of the Galilee region, where Jesus began teaching in local synagogues and healing those who were sick. As word began to spread, many were drawn to him – and today, we find ourselves, with a gathered crowd, at the foot of a mountain, as Jesus is about to deliver a sermon…

One brief notice – to remind you that evening worship will be held tonight at 5pm in Leadhills Village Hall – if you’re able to come along and join us, that would be great and you’d be most welcome. There’ll also be time of a cuppa and chat after the service.

May you know God's blessing as you go into this new week,

Worship Sun 22 Jan - 'Shine'

WELCOME to worship where, today, we're thinking about Jesus calling his first disciples by the shores of the Sea of Galilee.
Only the one church notice, which is that evening worship will be held this coming Sunday, the 29th of January, at 5pm - at Leadhills Village Hall. If you're able to come along, it would be great to see you - and catch up over a cuppa after the service.

In the meantime, as you move into this new week, go safely on the ice, and may you know the nearness of God.

Take care and God bless,
